  请您在注册之前认真阅读本协议,充分理解各条款内容。如您对协议有任何疑问,可向我们客服咨询。
  当您阅读完毕同意本协议且完成注册后,即表示您已充分理解、接受本协议的全部内容,并与我们达成一致,您的使用行为将被视为对本协议全部内容的认可。
1.定义
LOMO软件:指LOMO运营的在IOS、安卓及微信小程序等个人移动终端系统上的客户端。
   2.协议范围
  本协议由您与本公司共同签订,对您与本公司均具有合同效力。
3.服务内容
  供用户进行服务的具体内容由本公司根据实际情况提供,LOMO提供移动端APP进行注册登录、绑定、开锁、修改密钥、分享密钥、查询记录等服务项目。
  您同意本公司有权在提供本服务过程中以各种方式投放各种商业性广告或其他任何类型的商业信息,并且同意接受本公司通过电子邮件或其他方式向用户发送商品促销或其他相关商业信息。
   4.服务规范
  经认证的用户可通过LOMO平台使用用锁服务。
  您应确保您在LOMO平台上所发布和传播的内容不得违法国家法律、法规或政策;不得危害社会公德,诋毁民族优秀文化;不得侵害他人隐私或其他合法权益。
  您应确保您不会利用LOMO平台进行任何违法行为或下述行为:
  (1)使用技术手段或其他手段(包含但不限于强制拆锁、破坏密码)恶意干扰或破坏LOMO的正常运营,或者非法访问、盗取、传播LOMO平台的数据和相关信息;
  (2)以任何方式侵犯他人的合法权益(包含但不限于未经合法授权而截取、收集、使用、篡改、删除或传播其他用户的信息)
  (3)其他未经合法授权的行为。
5.锁具使用管理规定
(1)用户资格
  在您开始用户认证程序从而具备使用LOMO共享平台服务的资格前,您应具备中华人民共和国法律规定的与您行为相适应的民事行为能力。
(2)账户说明
  您通过手机验证等程序注册LOMO平台后,您即为LOMO平台的用户并拥有自己的账户。
  当您阅读并同意本协议且完成全部认证程序后,您可获得LOMO平台认证用户账户。
  您不得转让该账户,也不得许可或协助他人使用您的认证用户账户使用LOMO服务,否则由此产生的一切责任均由您和实际用锁人共同承担连带责任,LOMO将不承担任何法律责任。
(3)认证信息管理
  在用户认证过程中,您应按LOMO平台页面的提示准确、真实、完整地提供您的信息。经您了解并同意,您有义务保持您提供信息的真实性及有效性。
  如果您的认证信息有所变更,您应当及时更新您提供的信息;如您提供的信息存在明显不实的,您将承担因此对您自身、他人及本公司造成的全部损失与不利后果。
  上述用户认证的审核和通过均由本公司最终决定。本公司可以根据用户上传的文件对其文件的真实性、合法性进行合理的质询和怀疑,并给与用户不通过认证的结果;用户可以通过再次申请认证或申诉进行重新认证。
(4)账户安全规范
  您的账户由您自行设置并由您保管,本公司任何时候均不会主动要求您提供您的账户信息。因此,请务必保管好您的账户,账户安全由您自行负责,请确保您在每个上网时段结束时退出登录并以正确步骤离开LOMO平台。如果您的账户因您主动泄露或遭受他人攻击、诈骗等行为而造成的任何损失及后果,该等损失和后果均由您自行承担。
  除本公司存在过错外,您应对您账户项下的所有行为和结果(包括但不限于注册登录、绑定锁、开锁、修改密钥、分享密钥、查询开锁记录等服务项目)负责,无论该等行为和结果是否对您自身或第三方造成任何损害。
  如发现任何未经授权使用您账户登录LOMO平台或其他可能导致您账户遭窃、遗失的情况,建议您立即通知LOMO平台。您理解本公司对您的任何请求采取行动均需要合理时间,除本公司存在过错外,本公司对在采取行动前已经产生的后果不承担任何责任。
(5)用锁规范
  a.您应通过LOMO平台APP应用程序解锁;
  b.您在使用锁之前,应细致检查锁是否存在损坏,包括但不限于检查锁的二维码是否清晰,锁体是否有损坏;
  c.如果您在检查时发现锁存在损坏,应停止使用该锁。您可通过联系锁的售后人员处理;
  d.如果您经检查知悉或应知锁存在损坏但仍然使用该锁,就该等行为对您自身所造成的一切损伤,您应自行承担所有责任,本公司对此不承担任何责任。就您该等行为对其他人所造成的一切损害,您还应承担相应的赔偿责任;?
  e.您应合理、安全使用锁。如在您使用期间因您使用或保管不当(包括但不限于您开锁后未及时使用、您暂停使用锁时未及时上锁)导致财产遗失、被窃或者损坏等,您须自行承担赔偿一切责任。
  f.用户明确同意其使用本服务所存在的风险将完全由其自己承担;因其使用本服务而产生的一切后果也由其自己承担,除本协议另有约定外,本公司对用户不承担任何责任。
  g.本公司对本服务不作任何类型的担保,包括但不限于本服务的及时性、安全性、准确性,对在任何情况下因使用或不能使用本服务所产生的直接、间接、偶然、特殊及后续的损害及风险,本公司不承担任何责任。
  h.对于不可抗力、计算机病毒、黑客攻击、系统不稳定、用户所在位置、用户关机以及其他任何网络、技术、通信线路等原因造成的服务中断或不能满足用户要求的风险,由用户自行承担,本公司不承担任何责任。
  g.手机丢失造成的财产安全隐患,本公司不承担任何责任。
6.隐私保护
  隐私保护是本公司的基本政策,本公司非常重视您个人信息和其他用户信息的保护,并保证不对外公开或者向第三方提供用户资料。
  在您通过LOMO平台与他人沟通交流的过程中,如果您接触到其他用户的个人资料、信息、文件等,您保证您将严格保密,不以任何方式向任何第三方进行披露。
  对于您提供及发布除个人信息外的文字、图片、视频、音频等非个人信息,在版权保护期内您免费授予LOMO获得全球的许可使用权。您同意LOMO存储、使用、复制、修订、编辑、发布、展示、翻译、分发您的上述信息,并以已知或日后开发的形式、媒体或技术将上述信息纳入其它作品内。
7.知识产权
  您同意本协议并成为LOMO平台用户的行为,仅使得您本人得以按照本协议的规范使用LOMO平台的各项服务。您与LOMO平台或本公司之间并不存在其他授权、合作、代理、委托、雇佣等关系。
  您了解LOMO平台和相关专有保密资料的知识产权归属于本公司。您了解LOMO平台上的任何赞助广告或信息的知识产权归属于相关赞助广告或信息的提供商。您了解并同意,未经本公司书面明示授权,您不得对上述知识产权进行修改、出租、出借、出售、传播或实施其他侵犯上述知识产权的行为(例如进行还原工程、反向组译等)。
8.免责声明
  由于互联网服务实时更新的性质,您了解并同意,本公司不对下述内容承担任何保证责任,对该等原因对您造成的任何损失,本公司不承担任何责任:
  (1)不保证LOMO平台服务不受任何干扰、服务提供及时、安全可靠、不出现任何差错;
  (2)不保证使用LOMO平台服务所取得的信息在任何情况下均正确可靠;
  (3)不保证您经由LOMO平台使用锁的情况符合您的期望;
  (4)不保证通过LOMO平台下载或取得的任何资料不会导致您的个人电脑或移动设备有任何损坏或数据有任何流失。
  除本协议内所做出的保证或本公司以书面形式做出的其他明示保证外,本公司未向您做出任何形式的保证或承诺,包括但不限于商业适售性、特定目的之适用性或其他明示或暗示的保证。
9.用户行为的评价及处理
  为了向用户提供更加优质的服务,且为维持市场正常运营秩序,LOMO有权对认证用户使用用锁服务的行为,进行跟踪监测和评价,并根据评价结果增减该认证用户使用用锁服务的权限。
  发生如下情形之一的,视为您违约:
  (1)如LOMO在用户认证信息复核过程中发现用户提供的认证信息不全、无效或虚假;
  (2)如用户发生危及交易安全或账户安全的行为;
  (3)如用户采用不正当手段谋取利益的行为,包括向LOMO工作人员及/或其关联人士提供财物、消费、款待或商业机会,或通过其他手段谋取不正当利益;
  (4)如用户扰乱LOMO平台的秩序,以任何方式,刻意规避LOMO平台的各类规则或市场管控措施,或以不正当的方式获取、使用LOMO平台资源的行为;
  (5)如用户违反中国相关法律法规的规定;
  (6)如用户违反本协议的其他规定。
  为保障其他用户或LOMO平台的正当权益,维持市场正常运营秩序,在用户违规处理期间LOMO按照本规则规定的情形对用户采取违规处理措施,LOMO没有义务在采取违规处理前通知用户:
  停止用锁服务:指停止认证用户通过LOMO平台使用锁的权利;
  关闭账户:指删除用户的账户或停止用户的所有权限,并将用户列入黑名单,不再向用户提供任何服务;
  公示警告:指在LOMO平台的管理系统等位置对其正在被执行的处理进行公示;
  终止本协议。
  本公司可将对您上述违约行为处理措施信息以及其他经国家行政或司法机关生效法律文书确认的违法信息在LOMO平台上予以公示。
  如您的行为使本公司遭受损失(包括自身的直接经济损失、商誉损失及对外支付的赔偿金、和解款、律师费、诉讼费等间接经济损失),您应赔偿本公司的上述全部损失。
  如您的行为使本公司遭受第三人主张权利,本公司可在对第三人承担金钱给付等义务后就全部损失向您追偿。
10.协议的变更
  本公司可根据国家法律法规变化及维护交易秩序、保护消费者权益需要,不时修改本协议、补充协议,变更后的协议、补充协议(下称“变更事项”)将通过法定程序并以本协议第11条约定的方式通知您。
  如您不同意变更事项,您有权于变更事项确定的生效日前联系LOMO反馈意见。如反馈意见得以采纳,LOMO将酌情调整变更事项。
  如您对已生效的变更事项仍不同意的,您应当于变更事项确定的生效之日起停止使用LOMO平台服务,变更事项对您不产生效力;如您在变更事项生效后仍继续使用LOMO平台服务,则视为您同意已生效的变更事项。
11.通知
  您同意本公司以下合理的方式向您送达各类通知:
  (1)LOMO平台公示的文案;
  (2)站内短信、LOMO平台弹出消息、客户端推送的消息;
  (3)根据您预留于LOMO平台的联系方式发出的电子邮件、短信、函件
12.协议的终止
(1)用户发起的终止
  您有权通过以下任一方式终止本协议:
  a.您不再继续使用LOMO平台服务;
  b.变更事项生效前您停止使用并明示不愿接受变更事项的。
(2)本公司发起的终止
  出现以下情况时,本公司可以通过本协议第11条的所列的方式通知您终止本协议:
  a.您违反本协议约定,本公司依据违约条款终止本协议的;
  b.您的用户行为存在异常,本公司合理怀疑您可能存在违反本协议约定的行为;
  c.如果不终止本协议则可能对LOMO平台或其他用户造成不利影响的;
  d.您盗用他人账户、发布违禁信息、骗取他人财物、采取不正当手段谋利等行为,本公司依据本协议对您的账户予以查封的;
  e.除上述情形外,因您多次违反LOMO平台相关规定且情节严重,本公司依据本协议对您的账户予以查封的;
  f.其它应当终止服务的情况。
(3)协议终止后的处理
  本协议终止后,除法律有明确规定外,本公司无义务向您或您指定的第三方披露您账户中的任何信息。
  本协议终止后,本公司仍享有下列权利:
  a.继续保存您留存于LOMO平台的各类信息;
  b.对于您过往的违约行为,本公司仍可依据本协议向您追究违约责任。
13.法律适用、管辖与其他
  【法律适用】本协议之订立、生效、解释、修订、补充、终止、执行与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律;如法律无相关规定的,参照商业惯例及/或行业惯例。
  【管辖】您因使用LOMO平台服务所产生及与LOMO平台服务有关的争议,由本公司与您协商解决。协商不成时,任何一方均可向中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会提起仲裁;仲裁结果具有终局性,对双方均有约束力。

  Welcome to sign this service agreement together with Shenzhen Dragon Brothers Digital Lock Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") and use the LOMO software service.
According to relevant legal provisions, this agreement agree on the following service based on the principle of open, fair and equal by two sides. Please read this agreement carefully before registration and fully understand the contents of each clause.If you have any question about the agreement, you can consult our customer service.
When you have read and agreed to this agreement and completed the registration, it means that you have fully understood and accepted all contents of this agreement, and you agree with us that your use of this agreement will be deemed as a recognition of all contents of this agreement.
1.Service Target
  LOMO software: refers to the clients that LOMO operates on personal mobile terminal systems such as IOS, Android and WeChat mini program
2.Scope of the agreement
This agreement shall be entered into by and between you and the company and shall be binding upon you and the company.
3.Service Content
The specific content of this agreement is provided on the basis of actual status by LOMO. LOMO provide the service through APP on mobile phone, such as register and login, bind the lock, unlocking, modify and share keys, query unlock records and so on.
User agree that the company shall have the right to promote all kinds of commercial advertisements or any other type of business information in variety ways during our service. User accept that LOMO could send goods promotion or other related business information to user via email or other way.
4.Service Specifications
Authenticated users can use the lock service via the LOMO platform.
You should ensure that the content you publish and disseminate on the LOMO platform does not violate national laws, regulations or policies;It shall not harm social morality and denigrate the excellent national culture;Shall not infringe others' privacy or other legitimate rights and interests.
You should ensure that you will not use the LOMO platform for any illegal ACTS or the following
(1) Use technical or other means (including but not limited to forced removal of locks and breach of passwords) to maliciously disturb or damage the normal operation of LOMO, or illegally access, steal and disseminate data and relevant information of LOMO platform;
(2) Violate the lawful rights and interests of others in any way (including but not limited to intercepting, collecting, using, tampering, deleting or disseminating information of other users without lawful authorization)
other ACTS without lawful authorization.
(3)Other ACTS without lawful authorization.
5.Lockset management regulations
(1)User qualification
Before you begin the user authentication process to be qualified to use the LOMO Shared platform services, you should have the civil capacity required by the laws of the People's Republic of China to suit your behavior.
(2) Account
After you register the LOMO platform through mobile authentication and other programs, you are the user of the LOMO platform and have your own account. When you read and agree to this agreement and complete all the authentication procedures, you can get the LOMO platform authentication user account. You are not allowed to transfer this account, nor permit or assist others to use your authenticated user account to use LOMO services, otherwise all liabilities arising therefrom shall be jointly and severally liable to you and the actual holder, and LOMO shall not be liable to you. £¨3£©Certification information management
During the user authentication process, you should provide your information accurately, truthfully and completely according to the tips on the LOMO platform page.With your understanding and consent, you are obligated to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide.
If your authentication information changes, you should update the information you provide.If the information provided by you is obviously inaccurate, you will be liable for all losses and adverse consequences caused to you, others and the company.
The review and approval of the above user authentication shall be finally decided by the company.The company can reasonably question and doubt the authenticity and legality of its documents according to the documents uploaded by the user, and give the result that the user does not pass the authentication;Users can re-apply for certification or appeal for re-certification.
£¨4£©Account safety specification
Your account is set up and maintained by you, and we will not ask you to provide your account information at any time.Therefore, please be sure to keep your account safe, and you are responsible for the security of your account. Please make sure that you log out at the end of each session and leave the LOMO platform with proper steps.If you voluntarily disclose or suffer from other attacks, frauds or other ACTS, any losses and consequences caused by your account, such losses and consequences shall be borne by you. Except for the fault of the company, you shall be responsible for all behaviors and results under your account (including but not limited to services such as registration and login, binding locks, unlocking, modifying keys, sharing keys, query unlock records, and so on.), regardless of whether such behaviors and results cause any damage to you or any third party.
If you find any unauthorized use of your account to log into the LOMO platform or other circumstances that may cause your account to be stolen or lost, you are advised to immediately notify the LOMO platform.You understand that it takes reasonable time for us to take action against any of your requests, and we are not liable for any consequences that have occurred prior to taking action, unless we are at fault.
£¨5£©Using lock specification
A.You should unlock through the LOMO platform APP application;
B. Before using the lock, you should carefully check whether the lock is damaged, including but not limited to check whether the QR code of the lock is clear and whether the lock body is damaged;
C.Stop using the lock if you find it is damaged during inspection.You can deal with it through the contact lock's after-sales staff;
D. If you are aware of, or should be aware of, damage to the lock but still use the lock, you shall be liable for all damage caused to you by such act, and we shall not be liable for any such damage.You shall also be liable for any damage caused by your act to other persons;
E. You should use the lock reasonably and safely.If the property is lost, stolen or damaged due to your improper use or safekeeping (including but not limited to your failure to use the lock after opening the lock and your failure to lock the lock when suspending the lock) during your use, you shall bear all the responsibilities for compensation.
F. The user expressly agrees that the risk of using the service shall be solely borne by the user;All consequences arising from its use of the service shall also be borne by itself, and the company shall not be liable to users unless otherwise agreed herein.
G. We make no warranty of any kind for the service, including but not limited to the promptness, safety and accuracy of the service, and we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special and subsequent damages and risks arising from the use or inability to use the service under any circumstances.
H. The risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements caused by force majeure, computer virus, hacker attack, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other network, technology, communication lines shall be borne by the user and the company shall not be held liable.
G. The company shall not be liable for any property security risks caused by mobile phone loss.
6.Privacy Protections
Privacy protection is the basic policy of the company. The company attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information and other user information, and guarantees not to disclose or provide user data to third parties.
During your communication with others through the LOMO platform, if you have access to other users' personal data, information, documents, etc., you guarantee that you will keep it strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party in any way.
For the non-personal information, such as text, picture, video, audio and other non-personal information provided and published by you except personal information, you will grant LOMO the global license right for free during the copyright protection period.You agree that LOMO stores, USES, copies, revises, edits, publishes, presents, interprets, distributes, and incorporates the above information into other works in a known or future development form, medium, or technology.
7.Property Rights
You agree to this agreement and act as a user of the LOMO platform only so that you can use the services of the LOMO platform in accordance with the specifications of this agreement.There is no other relationship of authorization, cooperation, agency, delegation, employment between you and LOMO platform or the company.
You understand that the intellectual property rights of the LOMO platform and relevant proprietary confidential information belong to our company.You understand that the intellectual property of any sponsored advertising or information on the LOMO platform belongs to the provider of the relevant sponsored advertising or information.You understand and agree that you shall not modify, lease, lend, sell, disseminate or otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights (e.g. carry out restoration works, reverse translation, etc.) without the express written authorization of the company.
8.Disclaimers
Due to the nature of the real-time update of Internet services, you understand and agree that our company does not undertake any warranty responsibility for the following contents, nor any liability for any loss caused to you by such reasons:
(1) The service of LOMO platform is not guaranteed to be free from any interference, timely, safe and reliable, and free from any errors; (2) There is no guarantee that the information obtained by using LOMO platform service is correct and reliable in any case; (3) There is no guarantee that your use of locks via the LOMO platform will meet your expectations; (4) There is no guarantee that any data downloaded or obtained through the LOMO platform will not cause any damage to your PC or mobile device or any loss of data. Except for the warranties made in this agreement or other express warranties made by us in writing, we do not give you any form of warranties or covenants, including but not limited to commercial salability, applicability for a particular purpose or other warranties, express or implied.
9.User behavior evaluation and handling
In order to provide users with better services and maintain the normal operation order of the market, LOMO has the right to track, monitor and evaluate the users' behavior of using the lock service, and increase or decrease the authorization of users to use the lock service according to the evaluation results.
If one of the following happens, you are deemed to have breached the contract:
(1) If LOMO finds that the authentication information provided by the user is incomplete, invalid or false during the verification process of user authentication information; (2) In case of any behavior of the user that endangers the security of the transaction or the security of the account; (3) In the case of improper means to seek benefits, including offering financial, consumption, hospitality or business opportunities to LOMO staff and/or their associates, or otherwise seeking improper benefits; (4)If users disrupt the order of LOMO platform, deliberately evade various rules or market control measures of LOMO platform in any way, or improperly acquire and use the resources of LOMO platform; (5) If the user violates relevant Chinese laws and regulations; (6) If the user violates other provisions of this agreement.
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of other users or LOMO platform and maintain the normal operation order of the market, LOMO shall not be obliged to inform users of the illegal disposal measures taken by LOMO according to the situations stipulated in these rules during the process of user violation treatment. Stop using the lock service: means stop the right of authenticating users to use the lock through the LOMO platform;
To close an account: to delete a user's account or to stop all privileges of the user, and to blacklist the user from providing any services to the user;
Public warning: refers to the public notice of the processing that is being performed in the management system of the LOMO platform, etc.;
Terminate this agreement.
The company may publicize the information of your default action and other illegal information confirmed by the effective legal documents of the state administrative or judicial authorities on the LOMO platform.
If your action causes our company to suffer losses (including our direct economic loss, loss of goodwill and external compensation, settlement, attorney's fees, legal costs and other indirect economic losses), you should compensate us for all the above losses.
If your action causes the company to suffer the rights claimed by a third party, the company may recover all the losses from you after assuming the financial payment and other obligations to the third party.
10.Protocol changes
The company may modify this agreement and the supplementary agreement from time to time according to the changes of national laws and regulations, maintenance of transaction order and protection of consumer rights and interests, and the altered agreement and the supplementary agreement (hereinafter referred to as "changes") will notify you through legal procedures and in a manner as agreed in article 11 hereof.
If you do not agree with the change, you have the right to contact LOMO for feedback before the effective date of the change.If the feedback is adopted, LOMO will adjust the changes as appropriate.
If you still disagree with the effective change, you should stop using the LOMO platform service from the effective date of the change. The change has no effect on you.If you continue to use the LOMO platform service after the change has taken effect, you are deemed to agree to the change that has taken effect.
11.Notices
You agree that we will send you all kinds of notices in the following reasonable ways:
(1)Copywriting published on the LOMO platform
(2)In-station SMS, messages pop up on LOMO platform, and messages pushed by the client;
(3)Send emails, text messages, and letters based on the contact information you have reserved for the LOMO platform
12.Termination of Agreement
(1)User-initiated termination
You are entitled to terminate this agreement in any of the following ways:
A.You no longer use the LOMO platform service;
B. You stop using the change before it becomes effective and express your unwillingness to accept the change.
(2)Termination initiated by the company
In the event of the following circumstances, the company may notify you to terminate this agreement through the means set forth in section 11 of this agreement:
A.If you violate this agreement and our company terminates this agreement in accordance with the terms of the breach;
B. There are abnormal user behaviors, and the company reasonably suspects that you may have violated the agreement;
C. Failure to terminate this agreement may adversely affect the LOMO platform or other users;
D. If you misappropriate others' accounts, release prohibited information, defraud others' property or use improper means for profit, etc., our company will seal up your account according to this agreement;
E. In addition to the above circumstances, our company has sealed up your account according to this agreement due to your repeated violations of relevant provisions of LOMO platform and serious circumstances;
F.Other circumstances in which the service should be terminated.
(3)Processing after termination of the agreement
Upon termination of this agreement, the company shall have no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or to a third party designated by you, except as expressly provided by law.
Upon termination of this agreement, the company shall continue to enjoy the following rights:
A. Continue to save all kinds of information that you keep on the LOMO platform;
B. The company may continue to hold you liable for your past breach in accordance with this agreement.
13.Application of law, jurisdiction and others
[Law applicable] the conclusion, validity, interpretation, amendment, supplement, termination, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.If there is no relevant provision in the law, refer to the business practice and/or industry practice. [Jurisdiction] disputes arising from your use of LOMO platform services and related to LOMO platform services shall be settled by our company through negotiation.If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party may submit the case to China international economic and trade arbitration commission for arbitration.The result of the arbitration shall be final and binding upon both parties.

1.Phục vụ đối tượng.
  Thỏa thuận này là chữ ký điện tử của người dùng khi tải xuống và đăng ký ứng dụng Nokelock. Sau khi nhập trang đăng ký và chọn "Tôi đã đọc và đồng ý với 《thỏa thuận dịch vụ》" và nhấp vào [bắt đầu], điều đó có nghĩa là nó đồng ý với tất cả các điều khoản và điều kiện sau khi đã ký thỏa thuận và đồng ý tuân thủ.
  Người dùng phải đáp ứng các điều kiện sau đây có thể là mục tiêu dịch vụ của Nokelock.
  1) Khi người dùng đăng ký, Nokelock sẽ gửi mã xác minh đến người dùng số điện thoại điền bằng tin nhắn SMS. Nếu mã xác minh vượt qua xác minh, người đăng ký (chủ sở hữu) của số điện thoại sẽ trở thành người dùng của thỏa thuận này.
  2) Nếu người dùng thực tế đăng ký và ký thỏa thuận này của Nokelock và chủ sở hữu số điện thoại đăng ký khác nhau, tất cả những người bao gồm chủ sở hữu và người dùng thực tế cùng nhau trở thành người dùng của thỏa thuận này.
  3) Chủ sở hữu và người dùng thực tế của thỏa thuận này phải trên 12 tuổi (bao gồm) và có đầy đủ năng lực hành vi dân sự hoặc người giám hộ của họ tự nhiên trở thành người dùng của thỏa thuận này.
2.Dịch vụ nội dung.
  Nokelock. Nokelock cung cấp dịch vụ thông qua APP trên điện thoại di động, chẳng hạn như đăng ký và đăng nhập, ràng buộc khóa, mở khóa, sửa đổi và chia sẻ khóa, mở khóa truy vấn hồ sơ và vân vân.
  1)Người dùng đồng ý rằng công ty sẽ có quyền quảng bá tất cả các loại quảng cáo thương mại hoặc bất kỳ loại thông tin doanh nghiệp nào khác theo nhiều cách khác nhau trong quá trình phục vụ của chúng tôi. Người dùng chấp nhận rằng Nokelock có thể gửi quảng bá hàng hóa hoặc thông tin doanh nghiệp có liên quan khác cho người dùng qua email hoặc cách khác.

  1) Người dùng có thể tải xuống phần mềm mở khóa Nokelock thông qua quản lý phần mềm ứng dụng hoặc liên kết tải xuống của bạn bè được chia sẻ.
  2) Sử dụng số điện thoại di động để đăng ký với tư cách người dùng.
  3) Ràng buộc thiết bị bằng cách quét QR hoặc kết nối Bluetooth, nó có thể sửa đổi mật khẩu của thiết bị.
  4) Nó có thể mở khóa các thiết bị bị ràng buộc bởi điện thoại di động. Nó có thể chia sẻ chìa khóa cho bạn bè thông qua ứng dụng và bạn bè cũng có thể mở khóa sau khi quản lý được ủy quyền.
4. Miễn trách nhiệm tuyên bố
  1) Người dùng sẽ chịu rủi ro khi sử dụng dịch vụ này. Người dùng sẽ thực hiện tất cả các hậu quả gây ra bởi việc sử dụng dịch vụ ngoại trừ các thỏa thuận khác.
  2) Công ty không thực hiện bất kỳ loại bảo lãnh nào đối với dịch vụ này, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn tính kịp thời, bảo mật và chính xác của dịch vụ của chúng tôi và trong mọi trường hợp sử dụng hoặc không sử dụng dịch vụ gây ra trực tiếp, gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên, đặc biệt, và thiệt hại và rủi ro tiếp theo.
  3) Công ty không chịu trách nhiệm. Người dùng phải thực hiện gián đoạn dịch vụ do bất khả kháng, vi-rút máy tính, tấn công của hacker, hệ thống không ổn định, vị trí người dùng, tắt nguồn và bất kỳ công nghệ, mạng và đường giao tiếp nào khác và nguy cơ yêu cầu không thể đáp ứng.
  4) Công ty không chịu trách nhiệm về rủi ro bảo mật tài sản do mất điện thoại di động.
